The first meeting aims to take more detailed information and lasts an average of one hour. We will review the facts and the relevant documents. Depending on the complexity of the file, we can, from this meeting, establish a diagnosis by identifying the applicable law. Then we will present to you the possible solutions and they will be explained to you in a language that you will understand. Sometimes a more complex file requires a more in-depth analysis of the law and the applicable procedure. In this case, a legal opinion will be necessary before proposing the most appropriate solution.
