  • Our fees can be hourly or based on a flat rate depending on the type of file. The price depends on several factors, including:

    1 ° the experience and the special competence of the lawyer

    2 ° the time and effort required and devoted to the file;

    3 ° the difficulty and the complexity of the file;

    4 ° services rendered urgently with exceptional speed;

    5 ° the result obtained;

    Our hourly rates range from $ 160.00 to $ 230.00.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac transfers, Debit cards and cash. We also offer Accord D financing from Desjardins.

  • The time to obtain a judgment is difficult to predict and varies according to the judicial districts. It can take months and even years to get justice.
