History of our law firm
Me Ghislain Hamon and Me Natale Screnci studied law together at the Université du Québec à Montréal.
After having worked in various firms, they decided to join their skills in 2014 to found Hamon Screnci and offer high quality legal services.
In 2016, the success of Hamon Screnci led them to acquire a law firm located in Joliette.
Hamon Screnci is therefore present in Joliette and in Saint-Eustache, covering both the Laurentians and Lanaudière.

I have been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2009. I practice in civil and commercial law, as well as in real estate and administrative law. I distinguish myself by my human approach in order to prevent litigation from arising or to resolve existing disputes through logic, negotiation, and out-of-court settlement processes. I also offer Lobbyist services in the Laval region.

Me Natale Screnci
Mtre Natale Screnci has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2009. He practices in civil and commercial litigation, as well as in real estate law, labor law, corporate law, business law and municipal law. Mtre Screnci is co-author of the book titled “The responsibility of the pre-purchase inspector” published by Éditions Yvon Blais in 2012. Mtre Screnci is also recognized as an ethics and deontology counselor in municipal matters by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy. Since 2024, he has been accredited by the Quebec Bar as a civil and commercial arbitrator.
